Very responsive which made things easy
Mark was with there detailing every step of the loan process with us, truly a blessing. Hopefully I will never need to buy another house, but, I will certainly recommend Mark to my family and friends!
Mark worked very hard , over a long period, with us and the underwriter, as our income declined and then slowly recovered after the onset of the pandemic. He usually responds immediately, even after hours and on weekends. He cares.
