Mark and his team were very kind and professional and got it done quickly!
Denise did an awesome communicating with us, walking us through the entire process, and providing us detailed information so we cluld accurately track where all the numbers came from.
Overall, I am not we did not have any major issues. but we think communication from Skylar was a bit slow and lacking. We shouldn't have to follow up on the next steps. We think that every three days, there should be an email or phone call...
