It wasn’t always easy to get in touch with people to get clarification on what needs to be done. And sometimes that is a little nerve wrecking.
It was very difficult to get timely information. I had to follow up several times in order to get a response to my questions. The initial closing document had a plethora of errors on it which I had to spend the time outlining all the errors....
