we were pretty happy with mark as our sales man, yet the lender company gave us so much stress and hard time. seems like the underwriter was not really good at her job and she was keep asking us new documents over and over.
Our loan process was straight forward and had a great experience. Mark was easy to work with and would choose him again if purchasing in the future or refinancing a home.
