Mark was an amazing person to work with. As new homeowners we had so many questions, he answered all of them happily and helped us out so so much. I would recommend Mark. He made the process so smooth.
They made the loan process seamless and ran into no huge issues throughout the whole process.
Too much personal information was requested. Our debt to income, credit score, and proof of salary should have been sufficient in order to determine if we qualified for our loan instead of also requesting bank statements.
Mark and his team did an outstanding job through the entire lending process. He did a great job finding the most suitable loan for me and was always quick to respond to any questions I had.
