We got a month into the process of refinancing, were given the green light, put earnest money down on a new home, paid for inspection, and then were told his boss would not approve the refi because they would not make enough money on it.

I am truly sorry the way this turned out. This is not what I wanted but refinancing a property and then selling the property within a couple of months of the refinance will cause the loan to be kicked back to us by our Investors with a penalty....

Mark was helpful throughout our entire home loan process. He was readily available to answer questions and to provide helpful advise. We were new to the Lexington area and he was knowledgeable in regards to the area. I would highly recommend...
