Mark was patient with us. We had dismissed the idea of a reverse a year or so ago. When we decided to revisit the idea he was patient and walked us through the process again. He helped us navigate obstacles and got it done for us.

Thanks for your feedback Brenda. It was 26 days from when we could order your appraisal until we got your clear to close. I'm sorry the process felt drawn out. If I remember correctly I think the counseling was delayed but not sure.
Mark is the best. He always has the answers to our questions, any time night or day. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

Mark was SO easy to work with. Being 80 yrs. old, I found most of the information given to me confusing. Mark’s patience was incredible. He never hesitated to reassure me that he was there to help me through it all, and he did!
