    This is the second time I have worked with Mark for purchasing a property. He is always very helpful and thorough. Everything was always done early and there were never any issues. I wouldn’t use anyone else when purchasing a property.

    The experience was not pleasant. My documents were not received after I submitted them several times. I was asked to submit things up until the last minute before my closing, and my closing date was pushed a few times.
