Mark has a great personality. He is a straight shooter, very positive, and on top of his game quickly makes you trust him and confident he can help you get approved.
Mark was very knowledgeable and professional during the whole process. He made sure he kept in contact regarding timeline of approval.
I selected ok because good wasn't an option. We never met or spoke prior to closing. All went well however most of my updates came from the buyers agent, which was good because I was kept informed which is really the important thing.
