Great communication!
Please talk with Michelle about how we requested title in trust and the issue with this being overlooked. We ended up titling in our own name which was not the plan but we can live with it for the time being.

I’m proud to have been born and raised in the Village of Tilton, IL, a town with less than 2300 people, to two loving, hardworking, parents who instilled in me a strong work ethic and moral compass. That work ethic came at young age from mowing grass and shoveling snow, something I’m so grateful I don’t have to do here in sunny San Diego! I graduated with a degree of science and a focus in business management and went to work for Walt Disney World in Orlando where I mastered the art of customer service. My job for Disney was problem resolution in theme parks. As a perk to that job I escorted celebrities through the theme parks during their stay. It was through that job that I got representation for acting and modeling and I moved to LA.
