More verbal communication throughout the process.
This is atleast the 5th time I have used Mark and Amerisave, and will be the last. I submitted all documents 60 days in advance to closing and learned one week prior to closing we had income issues. Then Mark and the processor would not answer...

Our agent was honest and very knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Very friendly and a pleasure doing business with him.
Mark was informative timely and polite. Helped clarify some of the ambiguities involved with the self-employed application process. Helped to make the experience pleasant.
I would like to be treated like a priority. There was many times I would send Mark an email and would not hear back from him for 3 days, my whole loan process and closing took 54-55 days. That seems much longer than it needed to be.
Prefer not to make a public post.
Mark offers great advice and patiently works through options until we found the right deal for us.
I’ve refinanced at least 4 times with mark.
