The issue was with the appraisal delay. Mark was very diligent and communicative even when I was getting frustrated in the delay.
I reached out on multiple occasions to make sure everything was progressing and in come cases it took 3 or more business days for someone to get back to me.
The application process was very easy and precise in a timely manner. Great experience.
