How easy it was to refi.
Considering the Covid 19 epidemic, everything went smoothly. Everyone involved with my mortgage, was very nice and Mark Miller was very professional.\n
Mark did a fantastic job of keeping us informed along the way of our re-fi. His knowledge about locking rates at the right time got us almost a half point better rate than our previous lender.
Military personnel working with an agency outside of other military friendly agencies (such as USAA) have a lot more paperwork to fill-out. It was a hassle going to our leadership to have documents signed; especially during COVID.
