Mark was great. I feel Glenn tried his best but seemed very unorganized. I was asked to upload the exact same documents several times. I was also told that a certain document did not have a date on it and it clearly did. Attention to detail...

Was all very well handled, all questions answered. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

The team communicated well through the process and had a user friendly way to notify me of documents needed, along with a simple upload process. They were committed to getting me closed on time.
