As a forty year community banker and CEO of four community banks, I’ve worked with many customers over the years as they’ve strived to increase their personal net worth looking ahead to eventual retirement.
Now that I’ve become so familiar with the HECM reverse mortgage program, I feel that I can continue to work with both pre and post retirement planning for clients aged 62 and over who wish to enhance their funds availability for numerous reasons, including purchasing that “retirement” home or condo, not having any mortgage payments following the purchase, and preserving their other savings and retirement funds.
