Mark, was quick to respond, communicated with all parties throught the entire transaction and was able to close what could have been a very complicated transaction seamlessly!

Communicative, quick!
Mark was great at communicating throughout the whole process to both me and the buyer. He made sure everything with the file was done in a timely manner and made this contingent purchase one of the easiest I've ever been a part of.
