Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and accessible. The process felt really smoothand easy, especially compared to the last home loan process we went through.
Mark was available at all reasonable times of day to answer our questions. Everything was completed remarkably fast and we were able to close on our home in about 3 weeks!
