    Very quick responses to questions. Very clear instructions on what documents were required and fairly easy to upload - only hitch was sometimes the upload timed out. Overall a very smooth experience.

    Mark was extremely unprofessional, non-communicativ, unhelpful, and caused more issues than he solved. If I were redoing the process I would have stayed as far away from this company as possible. He caused extra stress and cost us extra money....
