Our case was not easy, and extra work had to be done, which I appreciate the timeliness of the work being performed and a huge thank you! That being said there were several breakdowns in communication that when questioned were meet with inappropriate...

Mark spent over an hour with my fiance and I, getting to know us and telling us information in a way both of us understood. Mark was also very quick to communicate with us which was very important for a 3-week closing process!

Mark made the transition of buying a home very smooth - with this being our first home, he answered all my questions and provided me with peace knowing everything was going to work out how it was supposed to!
