Fast, efficient and clear communication and service
Great communication, prompt responses to questions.
The beginning of the process was great. At the end there was a lack of communication and coordination with the banks and lawyers which left us scratching our heads on when the close date was, what final closing costs would be etc.

Initial process was good until underwriter review. Additional information was requested which I uploaded. Waited for upto week , did not hear update on review. Contacted them and the contact person cannot find the information that I had uploaded....

We had made a plan to check back in the middle of 2020 regarding a refinance. i was so busy at work especially with the pandemic that I needed Mark to remind me and he did just that.
