Mark was transparent and everything went smoothly.

Interaction with the team wasn’t great, items sent were not recorded as such and needed to be sent multiple times. It took a very long time to close. Already discussed hazard insurance matter was not taken out from closing documents.

The communication is supper slow, even responding to an e mail was slow. Had to send April payment via check mail to NJ Lenders, sent e mail asking to notify me when received, 9 days later no e mail, i dont even know if they got the check.
