all good except the multiple tries for the Title company to get the POA right! I know that's not you all, but, still, it was frustrating for all. I would think dealing w a trust and POA would be something Title Ins. carriers would be competent...

everything was explained in terms i could understand. Mark was always willing to provide answers to my questions even when i texted outside of normal working hours.
