    Hi! I'm Marite Perez. I'm a passionate servant leader that strives to help organizations and the community in advocacy, environment, and financial education. I currently serve as a commissioner for the Tennessee Human Right Commission and the Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission. I have served on the boards of Centro Hispano de East Tennessee, LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, Oak Ridge's Site-Specific Advisory Board, and was a founder of Knoxville's National Association of Hispanic Realtors. I spend my free time outdoors with my small family either hiking, backpacking, running, or gardening. I serve all folks that are interested in homeownership. I am also a native Spanish speaker and strive to serve our fast-growing Hispanic demographic in sustainable homeownership. Please reach out if I can ever be of help!
