Nothing else needed. Had to perform some exterior painting repairs due to FHA requirements for the loan but was needed. Also had to reroof the home.

Not having to go through all the red tape, it was too much to go through for an elderly person and then receiving such a small amount of cash after all the deductions were taken out. It was very disappointing!!!

I still don't think that I should have to pay for the second appraisal that AAG insisted on, especially when it was exactly the same as the first! I'm also not happy with the $21000 charge from ISN....the original shortage was $9000\$10000....$21000...
