Communication was quite good. The only problem I had was when the closing was abruptly moved up 4 days from a Friday to a Monday, leaving me only a weekend to get some work done.
Is marium entertained when above and beyond in all aspects. They were always there to talk me through rit's metro rates what the market was doing and all my options. And to top it off they even saved me money on closing I'd highly recommend...
