The paperwork with the title company took a while, but every time I called her she was very patient and very helpful, so I really appreciate all she did. She always got right back with me.

Communication! Maria was outstanding. She answers her phone, and when she wasn't available (which was rare), she promptly returned my calls. Any buyers that I have that need financing will be referred to Maria. She is my new favorite lender!...

Good communication

Maria went above and beyond to make sure I had a successful experience. I was going through a tough time at the time. and she made sure to send gentle reminders whenever a next step was required of me.

Maria is excellent at communication and her thoroughness in obtaining the information required to qualify the buyer and process the loan without incident or delay is stellar. She and her team are professional and even closed the loan early!...
