    Allied mortgage went above and beyond to write a letter from allied's vice president, who is also a lawyer, to PHFA. That letter made possible for me to get the FHA loan. Another lender was not willing to work that hard to get.

    I was told my mortgage was going to be less by a few dollars, it was actually more money my mortgage . Would have liked to know that from the start, not a day before closing.
