everyone was very helpful when I had questions
Marcy was good to work with
Our only issue was with the underwriter and how long they took to approve the mortgage and the continual requests for more documents that seemed to get pretty repetitive. Marcy and her team at Fairway Mortgage were very good.

Marcy needs to be operating her own office. Training and leading others!! Her system needs to be replicated across the country.
More communication. I had given all my paperwork and 28 days later I was told one set of them where wrong a couple of days before closing. I don’t understand that. At the end of this I was talked to very rudely that was very unprofessional....

For me everything was to me in a timely manor and I was never confused about anything at any time.
Communication, her knowledge of her job. She gave me comfort.
Wasn’t her fault but there where many hiccups along the way.
