The people were great but the fact we had to change the closing date 3 times and was told it was due to the appraisal then the ohfa grant but it was all the under writer the entire time was really frustrating.
We use Marcy again to purchase our new home and again, Marcy went above and beyond to help us with this complicated process painless and stress less.
