Marcy always responded in a timely manner and has great customer service skills. She helped me every step of the way from building credit all the way to my closing date. Over all the loan process was very smooth and fast.
The app kept me updated on my progress.
She is great to work with and walks you through the process everything goes smoothly.
I would have liked more explanation on what i would need to do and what all is needed things change and we had no idea on things we needed to pay for and have done till it was needed

The team too good care of me and made sure I got everything that was needed. They even uploaded documents when I had trouble with them. They communicated often and I felt like I was always in the loop.
