Marco did a great job and helped me a lot. The only thing I didn't care for is the customer portal. We had issues with that more than once. Overall the experience was great.

It may just be the nature of taking out a loan and my own inexperience, but it was a tedious and drawn out process. It felt like it could have been a little more efficient in some respects. However, it was an overall positive experience.
