    Considering all of the experience was remote, there were no issues and loan originator and processor responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Very easy and simple process.

    I had a previous loan officer that lost interest in my re-finance - after Marcell was assigned, everything went smoothly and he delivered what he promised.
