    I can not add a thing. I am waiting for the final signed copies of everything for my file. I expect it my take a few days. It may be currently in the mail. Nevertheless, all have been people friendly.

    I wish he would have explained ALL of the fees involved with the process. He had told us the first year the loan amount was around for 77,000. Then said it was about 55,000 (not exact). I was puzzled why the figure had changed so much. I knew...

    Marc was a great guide thru the whole process. Helped when I would freak out about something. Very patient I was ready to give up several times and he would patiently calm me down.
