All my questions were answered in plain language I could understand. They made the process easier because they were always available to answer my questions.
I felt the representatives were very informative and helpful throughout the process.
No real issues, but sometimes it was hard to get a hold of my loan originator and my loan officer.
For the most part, communication was good.
It was great in a very short amount of time to complete my refinance. Thanks everyone for your time and help

I am originally from southern Connecticut but spent many years of my life in beautiful Colorado! I have now been residing in South Florida since 2009.I have a thirteen-year-old son and a wife of fifteen years. My education includes a Bachelor of Art in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (1993) and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Connecticut (1997). I enjoy an active lifestyle that includes tennis, golf, and basketball with both my teenage son and friends!
