1. We were quoted an interest rate and then we told to obtain it we would have to pay another thousand dollars to lock it in .
2. Marc did not even bother to show up at the closing.
3. Will tell people not to use you.
Marc explained the process, provided detailed information about what documents we needed to provide and communicated quickly whenever we had a question. He helped us get a great rate for our mortgage.
