    It took a very long time to complete. I had a hard time getting answers from one of the agents (not Manny). I had to send paperwork multiple times as she seemed to have lost my emails or did not read them.

    Better management of client expectations. Clear communication about when certain things would happen. Being upfront about how slow appraisals are running. So many times we were left in the dark and even thought we were being punked or scammed....
