Excellent communication. Manuel went above and beyond to get the loan approved while keeping me informed of the process. He explained why everything was done the way it was done and made sure he was available when I had questions.

This was our first time buying a home and he did a great job answering questions we had and elaborating on them. I felt as if he was able to provide information we didn't even know we needed to ask.
