Manny was very super and all questions were answered by Manny when asked. Manny was always available to meet our needs. We loved the ease of tracking and uploading documents through the app too.
Manny was great at keeping in contact with us throughout the refinance process. Although the closing did not take place when expected, he did do an awesome job.
