Great communication on all matters
Closing well in time is underrated. Folks wait till the last day to close, but it was so peaceful, that Manik and team got it done well in time and without any major hiccups. Wished I had got a better rate, but that wasn’t in anyones control...

It is well taken care with very less effort from us. Great to work with you. We appreciate it very well.
The closing for this new construction was moved up unexpectedly by two months, putting the buyer in a difficult position. Manik was able to arrange the proper loan type for the situation and still close on time. He's a champ!
