Mana is always fast. She was ready to close within 3 weeks on our loan. Her communication is prompt and she always responds back quickly to our questions and inquiries.

Everything except for having to log in and do things on the computer plus too much paper to sign. On top of that why can't we counter sign. This part was difficult.
But I was impressed how fast the loan got approved
