I am probably the last person you want taking a survey I am brutally honest. I don’t believe in giving out perfect scores. If I had one negative thing to point out it would not be on Mr. Malone, but underwriting. I will leave it at that.

Malone and Cheryl were great throughout the whole process. They were super helpful and super friendly. They kept me updated throughout the process and answered any questions I had.
