The experience was great because of the detail that was displayed doing the loan preparation period and the proptness to get the loan closed.
Redundant and non-significant financial info were requested for no apparent reasons by the underwriters, which made the whole process drawn out and longer than expected.

Malachi never gave up assisting us with our refinance and went overboard by making calls.to our mortgage company and pool loan company for.correct payoff info . Malachi was trust worth and honest during this whole process. Thank You
Very quick and easy process, made re-financing my house painless. Very accommodating, came to my house to close the loan on a Sunday after we returned from vacation!
Need to know about all the paperwork needed to send in for loan. Didn't the equity money at the that we talked about. When I paid my application money. Needed be a little more clear with clients.
