Not taking 3-weeks,because things were added,fix a window,house aprasal -things we weren't told about up front,or we would had done !!!!!

Felt that there was open and honest communication. A few "unexpected" things (like having to close my HELOC with NFCD) - but procsess was straight forward and concise.
