Cook was very knowledgeable about my loan process. Everything went well and in a timely fashion. Even when things were out of her control, she still made it a priority to get things completed. She is very pleasant as well.
Working with Makinley was great with everything that happened from a tornado hitting the house to the repairs being done and the whole time she was communicating and helping anyway possible.
