Wouldn't answer phone calls, texts oe emails. When he's ask for information he was vague on what he needed. He stretched this out a good 3 months longer than needed. When came to closing, I dealt with jesse or shyrland on information and communication....

Better communication with the customer. Started the loan process in May and never heard back. Had to restart the loan process over.

I am a native of Arthurdale and currently reside in Morgantown. I earned a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University before joining the Clear Mountain Bank team in 2017. I am also a graduate of the 2020 Leadership Monongalia class.
