The online ClosingLock platform made the signing and document review process very user friendly, even on the go. Also, open communication with representatives from CCM and REI helped to keep the process on track.

Everyone was helpful and courteous during a very stressful time. Everything went well except the survey fee for the builder was not in the final totals due. I had to write him a check
