Madalyn Hull

Madalyn grew up in the vibrant city of Greenville, South Carolina, and maintains strong ties to her hometown through family and friends. After graduating from the College of Charleston, she initially pursued a career in the medical field but quickly realized she enjoyed working with people more than science. Shortly after, she launched her real estate career and spent two years as a Realtor in Charleston, SC, before she and her husband, Chris, a dentist, moved to Charlotte. Madalyn continued her work as a Realtor with two local firms and quickly became a top-producing agent. She joined Corcoran HM Properties in 2022 and loves being able to call Charlotte home. What attracted Madalyn to becoming a Realtor was her love of people and real estate. As a Realtor, she values being able to work with clients from all walks of life. She enjoys negotiating and making sure her clients secure the best deal possible, whether buying or selling. Madalyn strives to give each client a positive experience through genuine, expeditious communication. She prides herself on a hands-on approach and works diligently to help her clients attain their real estate goals. She greatly values the relationships that she builds with her clients and never loses sight of their wishes. Madalyn and Chris live in the Providence Park neighborhood of Cotswold with their Miniature Schnauzer, Oscar. They have also lived in Plaza Midwood and Uptown. She enjoys running and even completed two full and many half marathons over the years. She also likes spending free time socializing with friends and family and participating in outdoor activities, exercising, skiing, visiting new restaurants, trips to Charleston and North Litchfield beaches, and the mountains.
