Mackenzie was very helpful and I was just about to open a HELOC but I decided to go with a Full VA Cashout due to the rising mortgage rates that Mackenzie had not control over. She was very nice and helpful and service was quick.
As long as a client can provide all documents they execute super fast. Mostly depends on you because she is ready to submit and make everything easy. Great experience.
