Comminication was timely and effective. The website was very easy to use.
Lynette was great. The communication with Joanne was lacking and I didnt feel like a customer that had earned my VA loan privelidges by serving my country. I felt more like a persn asking for welfare.
Lynette was great. Joanne seemed very unorganized and we had to send documents multiple times. We were still sending documents three business days before closing and almost had our closing delayed because we didn't receive the final closing...

It was a good experience compared to past experiences.
Lynnette was great. Joanne Benito as the processor was horrible- just plain rude in many instances. She asked for documents that weren't needed and was rude when doing so. Would not recommend Weichert to anyone if they have to deal with her....
