I think there is a lack of communication amongst the UW staff. We had to resend documents that were previously submitted because no one knew who had what document.Closing was scheduled but had to reschedule due to UW needing more information....

I had an absolutely wonderful time with Lindsey Cyr as my loan officer, I appreciate all the excellent work she has done for me. And I will be recommending her to any and all Acquaintances!!
The overall experience was great. I tried to purchase a home last year but I felt like the lender wasn’t looking out for me. It was nice to feel like I was being heard and she answered every question.
Lyndsay was very helpful and she always responded quickly to our questions.
